Missouri Theater presents a unique film on February 11, 2017, which was commissioned by Duke Performances. The subject is a filmmaker from the Depression-era, H. Lee Waters, who went around to small towns in North and South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia between 1936 and 1942 to create documentaries. He filmed local residents in their daily lives and developed them into silent shorts.
